Aerospace Engineering PhD., he holds the chair for missiles and airborne weaponry at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He brings his knowledge and experience to the design and construction of Celestia Aerospace’s launcher, the Arrow, part of the Sagittarius Airborne Launch System.
